Highly recommend! The USA Party Store did a fantastic job for my daughter's first birthday. From initial arrangements, confirmations via phone prior to the date, delivery, setup, breakdown and removal, all went seemlessly. They were so helpful and fun to work with as well. Very thankful to have their help on this big day for us.

Go to this store for the superb customer service! I called a few stores prior to calling USA Party Store looking for a costume for my son. Time after time I was told "No, we don't have it" and I hung up to call the next store. Then I called USA Party Store and was fortunate enough to have Ronnell answer the call. She didn't have what I was looking for either. BUT, instead of wishing me luck and sending me on my way, she took the time to call and check the inventory of SEVERAL other costume providers on my behalf. That blew me away! So if you are looking to support a business that puts people and service first, look no further. You've found it.

I cannot recommend the Magnolia Event Room at the USA Party Store highly enough! I used the venue for a surprise 50th birthday party for my wife. From the time I made the booking five months before the actual party, the owner was nothing but outstanding. There was tremendous flexibility in bring supplies earlier, arranging for a DJ, and having food catered. The hall itself is perfect for a party of about 100 guests. Although the DJ used his own sound and lighting system, the hall has nice systems itself for those who don't want to spend the extra money. The rates for the hall are also extremely reasonable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!

Absolutely amazing. When a big corporate party store left me high and dry with no balloons for my 5 year olds birthday, the wonderful folks at USA party store stepped in and took AMAZING care of us. We had BEAUTIFUL birthday balloons for our party. I’ll never go anywhere else. Everyone who works here goes above and beyond.

The Magnolia Room is the perfect size, and location for an intimate or large celebration. The amenities allowed the DJ to simply plug into an existing, and booming sound system. The kitchen and essential appliances are an added bonus. The Owner and her Team really deliver on high level customer service. Thanks again for two memorable party experiences. I recommend USA Party Store and plan to book again soon!

Can you say awesome! This party store is amazing and it has a party room too, you can't get it better than that. The owners Ronnell and Henry are accomodating, friendly and the staff is excellent on customer service. The prices here are really reasonable, I love it! I've purchased banners, yard signs, balloons and so much more. This is a true treasure, try them out for yourselves you won't be disappointed.

My first time using them, and what a pleasure. The online ordering ahead of time, allows convenient, quick pick up, as well as competitive pricing comparatively or less than Party City. Renee was able to help bring everything to my car and when I forgot a bag, stopped by, same day, to DROP IT OFF! Thats way above and beyond my expectations and will be going back for every event, and I have alot! Thank you again!
