2 50in flat screen TVs with DVD players.

Great For Conferences

Podium and wireless microphone provided. LCD projector with multiple connectivity options: Dual HDMI, USB, VGA, AV, and built-in speakers (for meetings and conferences).

Event Room Pricing

Parties

6 hours – $599 Sunday through Friday and $799 on Saturday. Includes:

  • 30 minutes room setup time
  • 5 hours actual event
  • 30 minutes clean-up time

Meetings/Conferences

4 hours minimum at $99/hour. Includes:

  • USA Party tables & chairs set-up
  • Linens for the tables
  • 4 hours of meeting time
  • USA Party tables & chairs clean-up

Optional Add-Ons

  • Extra hour – $100
  • Event room after normal hour (11p.m.) – normal rate + $25
  • Linen Rental – $10
  • Plate charger rental – $0.50
  • Back drop rental – $60
  • Coffee service – $50 for 4 hours (up to 80 guests)

Event Room FAQs

Up to 150 people standing, or 120 people sitting.

The Magnolia Event Room will be in clean condition prior to the event. The renter is supposed to clean any mess on the tables, chairs, sweep the floor and remove the trash. USA Party Store will mop the floors. 

Yes, for a $250 fee – You party, collect your equipment, and leave. 

We provide the tables and chairs requested up to the capacity of the room.

Yes, there is an auxiliary jack available and speakers for you to plug in your phone or any audio device of your choice.

It’s best to place your order when you purchase your supplies.

Yes, with clear tape only, but if any damages occur, you will be responsible for the repair.

No, but we can recommend entertainers, DJ’s, caterers, and treat vendors for you.
